Current status
Latch is coming soon to iOS and Android. There are currently no public Latch app accounts to delete, and this website does not create an account when you browse or use the interactive demo.
When accounts are available
You will be able to initiate permanent account deletion from the account settings inside the Latch app. We will keep the option easy to find and show what will be removed before you confirm.
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@latchlabs.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you.
What deletion will do
Deleting your account will remove the account and associated personal data held by Latch Labs, including cloud-synced settings, course choices, progress, and backups, except for records we must keep for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups before being overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
Data stored only on your device remains under your control. You can clear it through the app where available or by removing the app, subject to your device and operating-system backup settings.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting a Latch account or removing the app does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
