Who we are

Latch Labs is the trading name used by Latch Labs for the team developing Latch. For this pre-launch website, Latch Labs is responsible for the personal information described below. You can contact us about legal or privacy matters at legal@latchlabs.app.

Latch is still in development and is not yet available. These notices cover the website and waitlist only; dedicated app and subscription terms will be published before launch.

Agreement to these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pre-launch information

Latch is in development. Screens, demos, course examples, pricing descriptions, launch plans, and feature statements are illustrative and may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, a particular feature, or App Store availability.

Waitlist

You must provide accurate information, be at least 16, and only submit details that belong to you. You may unsubscribe or ask us to remove your waitlist information at any time. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase contract.

Permitted use

You may use the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass security;
• submit malicious code, automated spam, or misleading information;
• scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the site without permission;
• use the site to violate another person’s rights or any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The website, demo, visual design, text, Latch name, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Latch Labs. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights. Third-party names mentioned for comparison belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

No professional or medical advice

The website and demo provide general product information and illustrative learning questions. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or educational advice. Latch is not presented as treatment for addiction or any health condition.

Availability and external links

We may change, suspend, or withdraw the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse their content or privacy practices.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Latch Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this free pre-launch website. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product develops. The version on this page applies from its stated update date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in your home courts where applicable.
