Who we are

LATCH LABS LTD is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006 on 25 June 2026, and trading as Latch Labs. We develop and operate Latch.

LATCH LABS LTD is responsible for the website and, from release, the Latch app and service. Privacy enquiries: privacy@latchlabs.app. Legal enquiries: legal@latchlabs.app.

https://joinlatch.app redirects to https://latchlabs.app; it is not a separate service or operator.

Latch is coming soon to iOS and Android. Website provisions apply now. App provisions apply from the first time you download, access, or use the publicly released app.

What this notice covers

This notice covers cookies and similar browser technology on the Latch website. The mobile app does not use browser cookies for its ordinary native operation; app permissions, on-device storage, and cloud features are explained in our Privacy notice.

Current website position

The Latch website does not intentionally set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or non-essential local storage. We therefore do not currently show a cookie-consent banner.

Strictly necessary technology

Vercel, our hosting provider, may use short-lived, strictly necessary cookies or equivalent technology to deliver the site, balance traffic, prevent abuse, or preserve security. Necessary mechanisms cannot be switched off through a consent banner because they are required to provide or secure the service.

App stores and linked services

Apple, Google, and third-party websites reached from this site or the app may use their own cookies, identifiers, or storage under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control storage set on their services.

Future changes

If we add optional analytics, advertising, or other non-essential website technology, we will update this notice and request consent before it is stored or accessed unless an exemption applies. Rejecting optional technology will be as easy as accepting it.

Browser controls

You can use your browser settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies. Blocking necessary technology may prevent parts of a website from working correctly.
